28. A Warning To Green Industry "Professionals"
In this episode, Austin will discuss the travesties that he has heard within the last two weeks of servicing clients properties. On more than one occasion, clients have discussed that tree care "professionals" have made recommendations or performed services in sub standard practices or not accepted practices within the industry.
These instances need to stop. If you are one of these contractors, just know you will be found and caught by someone with a greater knowledge base. When that happens, you will lose all credibility with your previous customers and anyone they talk to. You also may likely find yourself in a court case if the price is large enough..
My only request is that you go out there and serve your clients to the best of your ability and to do the right thing. If you do not know the right thing to do, seek out a professional that does. You will learn so much more and provide your clients with an even greater value than sacrificing your reputation by cutting corners or doing the wrong thing.
