In this episode, Austin will break down what it means to be a businesses owner, and what it means to be an expert in your field. Often times this is a balancing act for most small business owners and entrepreneurs. We are typically the person doing the thing or performing the service. A lot of us want to be excellent at what we do. However, we also need to balance our expertise in our specialty with being an expert and a professional business owner.
We will also dive deep into benefits and offering benefits to our employees. This is something that hits close to home because I personally have to offer benefits this year as it is the only way we will obtain health insurance for my pregnant wife.
